The Hawaiiana House is currently offered for sale for 18.6 million USD. Vacation reservations are confirmed and guaranteed within 120 days from today's date. We will accept requests to hold dates further into the future, but you will not be asked to pay a deposit, nor will the reservation be confirmed and guaranteed until the arrival date is within 120 days of today's date. At 120 days prior to your scheduled arrival, we will contact you to request an initial deposit and to issue a guaranteed confirmation. Final payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival.

The Hawaiiana House is a showcase of spectacular elegant interior design which reflects the tastes of New England missionaries and sailors who settled in Hawaii in the last century. Very few homes have been created with such attention to detail and adherence to the rare style of Hawaiian whaling days nineteenth century architecture which Hawaiiana House typifies.

Maui is now blessed with several superlative private vacation homes, however Hawaiiana House is by far the most comfortable, home-like, and personable residence which we have the honor to represent. Loving consideration was granted to the furnishings, mosaic tile, limestone and marble floors, teak carved railings, Plantation era art, model ships, and overstuffed comfortable sofas.

To stay at Hawaiiana House is a wonderful experience that any quality of luxury hotel cannot match. Bed linens are buttery soft. Each bedroom has vaulted open beam ceilings and is generously over-sized with exceptionally comfortable beds and plush lounging chairs. Each limestone bath has a powerful shower providing refreshing cleansing. Hawaiiana House is surprisingly quiet with impeccable sound-proofing, providing privacy for each bedroom.
